Downtime is great to raise you up!
When trying to free our mind, we often forget that the best way to do so is to have downtime. By letting ourselves have time to relax and unwind, it will actually raise you up believe it or not. I have worked with thousands and thousands of people doing lectures and seminars and workshops, and taught them how to let go of the stress of their day by remembering to have downtime. It is a priority to a weekly and daily schedule.
By believing that this can happen, you can find 25 minutes to just unwind. It’ll raise you up and once you get raised up, what’s going to happen next? You’re going to be swept off your feet. When you’re going to be able to receive love and let love come to you once again. You know your partner; watch if your partner wants to take you, love you and be with you. Why are you stopping them by allowing your mind to get in the way? Let me help you today.
Get rid of the stuff that is blocking the relationship between you and your partner. It is stopping your partner from embracing you and taking your relationship to a higher level. Embrace freedom. Encourage downtime in your schedule without you taking control in someway. Don’t push yourself to the limit so that you can make this happen it will not happen.
If you feel like it’s impossible and you cannot do it on your own, then my programs will be perfect for you. You’re going to have to be willing to invest in yourself to make a change. When I work with people, I work very hard to get very successful results.
Take baby steps if you have to at first. Congratulate yourself even if you spend only 5 minutes relaxing and winding getting rid of the busy day that you had behind you.
Hopefully this helps. Keep in touch with me and let me know your progress. I always love to hear how each and everyone of you have benefited from the blogs and the information that I’m giving to all of you today.
God bless until next week. Always remember your angels are with you to carry you to hold you and to protect you.
