Do you think that you have been giving yourself the time you need so that you can be at peace? What is it like to know what we want? Many people can not answer this question the same way twice because our answer is always changing we get side tracked then fall off the path we are meant to be upon.
I will give all of you a simple ways to help yourself and get yourself in a better place with just a few short suggestions.
1. When we meditate we need that private time to ourselves so that we can sit/lie down in a quiet place inhaling positive exhaling negative thoughts/energy. Your focus is to not try so hard you want to not have many expectations so this way you do not put pressure on yourself.
During meditation you want to have your spirit be free of thoughts or any plans what so ever you want to just be. Which means to just let go of whatever may be in your space at the time in hale positive energy so that you can replace any empty space that is washing away. Our purpose in life is to be happy even though each of us have a very different gifts/path.
Most important thing to do when meditating is to not have judgment (yes and especially not judging yourself) so this way things just flow in and out as they are meant to.
2. Believe in yourself
During healing you must have faith you must believe in yourself. What this means is that you should have positive thoughts of your life have some inspiring thoughts so that you can bring forth that energy.
When working with people I have found that people lack belief within themselves, this is not a good thing. We have become disconnected from our paths and the energy that has been here all along, so what is a great plan is to get reconnected and believe that you can. I have heard the words “I can not” I can’t tell you how many times but I have proven that “I can not” always turns into “I can” when I am done with you.
See the issue is simple we need to believe in ourselves and then the energy will move try this.
Finding the time in your busy life to make time for you this is the main point in this message.
If you have time to read a book or watch a T.V. program then you have time to spend a few minutes meditating to change your energy around and then find your happy you once again make time to get rid of the weight you have carried through your day and watch how things in your life begin to feel lighter and happier.
