Getting Connected and Having Good Health Emotionally Spiritually and Physically
Welcome everyone!
I hope you have learned from last week that spending time walking, being in nature or even going a yoga class helps you to feel more alive and more awake.
Since the beginning of time people were meant to be moving.
But when you really look closely at our lives today we are continuously sitting down. When we drive to work we sit down, when we are at work we sit down, when we watch television we sit down. We’re spending too much time sitting which is one of the biggest complications that we have in the world today.
I love that the angels have given me this information to share with you.
Once you start exercising whether it’s taking a walk, doing exercise, stretching, yoga or whatever your choice maybe…you’ll find that you start to feel happier
In fact, there is a transformation that starts happening in your body when you exercise.
The energy within your body starts to flow instead of being stagnant. That energy is flowing is what’s making you happier, more in balance and giving you a feeling of fulfillment. When you start moving, you’ll see the difference just in a very short time.
Last week was just about urging you to get f off the couch and start moving.
This week the angels are asking us to take it a step further and be dedicated to pushing the limits we have inside of us. Allow yourself to get outside and take an amazingly beautiful hike whether it’s 1 mile or 2 miles whatever you were able to accomplish.
Push yourself to the limit and start spending more time working on your health. Pay attention to the things you are eating.
The way you eat is the way you are going to feel:
- If you eat heavy, you are going to feel heavy.
- If you’re eating light, you’re going to feel light.
- If you’re eating things that are nutritious, you’re going to feel very high vibrations.
- If you’re eating things that are processed and with empty calories, you’re going to feel empty.
The angels are saying to me to tell you to get outside, move and pay attention to what you’re eating this week.
