I have worked with many people who have been on medications for depression, brain stimulants, and other non-essential medications. Our world has become an open door to a pharmacy filled prescription of “legal drugs” and they’re found in almost every home. Are we really so bad off that 8 out of 10 homes need medication? I am not a doctor in any way, but I write about my own personal experience.

I was diagnosed with liver issues that needed some big attention, during this discovery of my issues, I was in a lot of pain. So, as I was going through the medical help I thought I needed, I was given many different types of pain meds. I expressed many times I did not believe in them and was worried about the side effects it would further do to my liver. I was so disconnected from myself, I remember trying as hard as I could to get back in control. This was not a common thing for me, I was usually in a place of peace. I was trying to fight the drugs that were in my body which was all pain management; none of the meds were to heal me. During this process which lasted a few weeks, I became further and further disconnected and do not even recall the bad things I said or did to others because I was becoming delirious from the medication.

Then saw I could not live like this and signed myself out. I began to try home remedies which are actually the oldest healing remedies of all going back to Chinese herbs and natural ways of healing. Needless to say, I am healed. And not only am I healed, I feel great, I am in balance, I am not delirious,  nor do I speak out of context at all. I know what I say that it is thanks to natural healing we have on the land we live upon.

Not everyone fits this way of healing; there are some very powerful, awesome medications out there that have saved people’s lives. I am not speaking about those; I am talking about the others. When trying to heal yourself naturally, go to someone who knows what to suggest. Do not try this on your own as it is not a good idea at all. Find someone who has studied the herbs and roots on our planet so that you can find balance within yourself.

Another main point to this natural healing is that again, meditation is a huge part of healing. Without spending the time I did on healing myself emotionally, physically and spiritually, I would not be here today.

I know that many people have become healed through meditation and prayer alone.
