Taking Action to Forgive
This week I want to focus on healing and allowing yourself to take action.
The first article on forgiveness focused on bringing forward the awareness and how we often create complications in our lives.
The second article was being aware of our emotions and this week is about taking action.
What actions are you willing to take in order to create forgiveness towards those who have harmed you, have hurt you, who have neglected you and your life?
Since the beginning of this month and going to this exercise with me how are you feeling are you keeping a log of your emotions?
Keep a log of your body’s energy and be aware of your surroundings as well.
What I would like you to do this week is focus on connecting not physically connected but spiritually connecting with the person who has hurt you.
Let that pain go.
To truly forgive them you must reach down deep and forgive that person who has hurt you.
Then you can allow yourself begin to grow.
