Specifically, what are the things that are stopping you from being able to move forward and being able to forgive.
In order to begin to forgive we all need to understand what are our emotions going through, become aware of what are we feeling and thinking.
Many of us do not pay attention to our emotions and this has a lot to do with our energy.
Forgiveness has to do with allowing ourselves to forgive those who have hurt us so that we can heal so that we can take the first steps that we need to take to heal
So this week keep a journal and focus on your emotions and feelings.
Keep track of your emotions and feelings as you allow yourself to let go of the people who have harmed you who have emotionally hurt you or that have physically damaged you.
By doing this you’re allowing yourself to tune into your emotions and begin the forgiveness process.
You’ll become more aware of what you are feeling and how is your body reacting. On a spiritual level you’ll feel more open, more enlightened and free.
