Many of us have been brought up with parents or people that have had very rushed busy lives. Our childhoods have not been as peaceful and relaxed as they used to be or as someone who has been brought up in the country. We need to bring our kids back to that place of peace and relaxation within their bodies/souls.
What makes us think that children can put up with the demands that are pushed on them in schools and from home for many as well. so many parents are missing from their children’s lives because of the high demand as adults work paying bills the cost of living and the minimum wage is not in real balance.
What can we do to change our lives and our energy one thing that is working amazing and researchers are getting positive results is meditation for kids. Having kids spend time relaxing in school collecting their thoughts and getting into a place of meditation slowing down for just a moment so that everything in there mind body and soul can catch up. We do not realize that when kids spend time in a peaceful environment they react in a positive way and they get their work done more efficiently.
I have seen schools that have played meditation music for their children and the kids stay quite and enjoy the sounds of the music playing with no words of course. When we raise our future adults properly this ensures that our future will be more successful and a happy place to be. Think of the things you feel were missing in your childhood and imagine what it would have been like if you were taught to meditate in class or at home what you would you be like today? I can promise you, you would have been brought up with more self confidence and self love which is what is missing in many people today because of the rush that is demanded from so many of us.
