I have had people ask me this so many times so I figured I might as well write about it and help you all out. Here it goes Organic foods what are they? When you think of food why do we eat it?
We eat food mainly people will answer for the flavor not because it is good for us. We eat it because we want that instant satisfaction, that immediate yum that’s good. Well why are we supposed to be eating food? We are supposed to be eating to sustain our bodies to give it what it needs and yes I am guilty I enjoy food to but you can enjoy food all you want as long as you do it right.
So many things have been taken out of our food these days and the food is really left almost empty so this way we are not fueling our bodies or giving it what it my need. We are getting the feeling of being full we feel as though we ate but how do you feel after how does your energy level feel? Does it feel up or down? When we eat empty food we get empty energy we feel down we feel sluggish we do not feel energized which is what food is supposed to do for us.
We are so busy in our daily lives and yes I am again guilty here too, that we sometimes or for most of us, all the time just grab anything and eat it because we just do not have the time to create a great healthy and fuel filled meal. Organics are the best thing for you I often suggest people to change their lives around and buy Organic foods because it has what is needed to help you heal your body and give you what you need it is not empty.
